Practise while you learn
An exercise asks you to make something useful: a comparison, a set of questions, a small trial or a plan for the coming week. Start with a task you can actually carry out, then use the result to improve your next attempt.
Check your understanding
Knowledge checks explain why an answer fits the situation. If your answer differs, revisit the distinction being taught. In your practical work, record what happened and what you would change next time.
